Staff
Ildiko Simon, Head of Board
Ildiko has been working with Cromo since the beginning. She serves as legal representatives of the foundations as well as overall professional coordinator of the projects.
She also works as trainer and coach for the business sector. She actively practices boxing in her freetime.
Bernadett Vucskó, Project Coordinator
Betty joint our foundation last year and started to work as project coordinator as well as fundraiser. She has social policy background and also active in keeping contacts with the business sector.
She is an experienced dog therapist in her freetime.
Borbála Hadrévy, Project Coordinator
Bori joint our organization many years ago and means to us fantastic source of ideas and energy from very different topics. She is an economist and trained in mentalhigieny as well.
She is great in both preciously coordinate project and bringing fresh air to our everyday work and team building.
Zoltán Balogh, IT Coordinator
Zoli joint our foundation 3 years ago and responsible for IT development and provides technical support for our social mefida platforms.
He also conducts surveys and riports, making interviews and short movies on the issues we deal with.

She is great in logistics.
Ivett Varga, Social Media Manager
Ivett started to work with us in 2019 as young volunteers to coordinate and represent our program for teenegers #riszpekt.
She is great in media appearance, using and coordinating campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, and she helps us to better understand our target group's needs and life circumstances.
Interns and Volunteers
Our Foundation works regularly with volunteers and trainees, as we are an official training ground for many universities.
In the upcoming years we work together with Fanni Fülöp, Nicolo Borgatti, Gábor Maday.
